What we collect

Only what a disc golf club needs to run its tag league:

What we do not collect

No advertising, no tracking across other sites or apps, no contacts. The app asks for the camera (to scan QR codes) and NFC (to read check-in tags) only when you use those features. Pages and fonts are served from our own servers.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site. It records page views, the page you came from, your device and browser, and your approximate location (city level), and sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. We turn off advertising features, so the data is not used for ads. We do not run Google Analytics for visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.

Where it lives

Club data is stored in our account with Amazon Web Services in the United States and is encrypted at rest. Clubs' public pages show tag standings and event results the way the club's league chooses to publish them.

Who sees it

Each club's Tag Master and organizers can see their own club's data. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers. We may email you only about your own club request or access code.

Keeping and removing data

League history is kept so tags and results stay accurate season to season. To have your name hidden on public pages (it shows as “Player B” and your results stay in place), use the Opt out button on your club page. To correct or remove other information, email tags@discfi.com or ask your club's Tag Master, and we will act on it.

Children

The service is meant for league players and organizers and is not directed at children under 13.
